If you’re flat out like a lizard drinking just getting through the demands of your day, it’s hard to find the capacity to think clearly about changes you want to make in your work and life.

Sometimes, a few “quick wins” – smaller tweaks that can result in a little bit more breathing space in your day and week – are what’s needed.

Then, you can think more deeply about any bigger changes you might want to make.

I’ve developed a Quick Wins Worksheet for my clients. This steps you through a very easy, focused process for identifying one (or 2 or 3) simple, achievable changes to create that extra space.
